PAINTING SALES REPRESENTATIVE – NORTHEAST FLORIDA

Established local contracting company is seeking a motivated salesperson to generate and close residential and commercial painting projects throughout Jacksonville, St. Johns County, Ponte Vedra, Orange Park, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on company provided leads.
• Meet property owners, realtors, property managers, and commercial clients
• Inspect projects, take measurements, and prepare estimates
• Present proposals and close exterior and interior painting contracts
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Follow up on estimates until a decision is reached
• Develop referral relationships within the local community

Qualifications:

• Painting, roofing, construction, or home-improvement sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Professional appearance
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working independently
• Basic smartphone and computer skills

Compensation:

Competitive commission paid on completed projects. Strong earning potential with no set income ceiling. Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview.
