What We’re Looking For:

• Established crew with at least two painters
• Extensive residential painting experience
• Active General Liability and Workers’ Compensation coverage
• Properly insured vehicles
• Ability to add In The Paint Co. as Additional Insured where required
• Reliable transportation, ladders, sprayer, and standard equipment
• Experience with interior and exterior residential painting
• Strong preparation and repair skills
• Clean, professional jobsite practices
• Dependable communication and schedule management

Before being assigned a project, subcontractors must complete our onboarding process and provide proof of insurance, a completed W-9, business information, and photos of previous work.
