- Minimum 3 years experience in residential painting
- Own tools and equipment including sprayer and ladders
- General liability insurance — certificate of insurance required before first job
- Professional, reliable, and detail oriented
- Able to communicate clearly, show up on time, and submit job photos
- Must be able to work independently without supervision
