Modern Vision Painting is looking for professional licensed and insured painting subcontractors for ongoing residential work.

We provide work. We are looking to build long-term relationships with reliable crews who communicate well, do quality work, and represent our company professionally.

Work Includes:

• Interior Painting
• Exterior Painting
• Cabinet Refinishing

Requirements:

• Must be licensed and insured
• Own reliable van/truck
• Own tools, ladders, sprayer, and necessary equipment
• Strong prep skills and quality workmanship
• Responsible for the project from start to finish
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Provide excellent customer service
• Wear Modern Vision Painting company shirts while on our projects
• Help request customer reviews at the end of completed jobs

What We Provide:

• Jobs that are already sold and scheduled
• Detailed work orders
• Video walkthroughs before each project
• Colors, scope of work, prep requirements, and clear instructions on what gets painted and where
• Ongoing work for the right subcontractors
