About Us: We are a well-established, leading Material Handling company in Las Vegas. Due to rapid growth and a packed project pipeline, we are looking to expand our professional warehouse installation crews. We specialize in the layout, assembly, and anchoring of heavy-duty industrial pallet racking systems, commercial shelving, and industrial storage solutions.
Position Overview: We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our installation crew. Previous pallet racking experience is a major plus, but it is NOT required—we are fully prepared to train the right individuals who possess a strong work ethic, a mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Required Duties & Responsibilities:
Assembly & Installation: Correctly assemble, stand, and layout pallet racking (teardrop, structural, cantilever) and various industrial shelving systems according to blueprints and layouts.
Anchoring & Securing: Properly anchor rack columns to concrete flooring using anchor bolts and ensure all beam locking devices are securely engaged.
Material Handling: Safely unload trucks and stage heavy steel materials, frames, beams, and wire decking across the job site.
Tool Operation: Proficiently and safely use a variety of hand and power tools (impact wrenches, rotary hammer drills, tape measures, levels, chalk lines).
Site Safety & Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. Actively follow job site safety protocols.
Equipment & Safety Requirements:
Aerial & Forklift Experience: Experience operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, and standard forklifts is highly preferred. Please let us know if you have active certifications.
OSHA Certification: An OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification is highly preferred for this role. Candidates holding a current card will be prioritized. If you do not have one, you must be willing to obtain it.
Employment Requirements & Required Documentation:
To be considered for employment, all applicants must meet the following baseline criteria and provide the required legal documentation to work in the United States upon hire:
Legal Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. You will be required to fill out an Form I-9 and provide acceptable, unexpired documents establishing identity and employment authorization (e.g., a valid U.S. Passport, OR a combination of a valid Driver’s License/State ID and an unrestricted Social Security Card or Birth Certificate).
Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly, stand/walk for long periods, crouch, bend, and work comfortably at heights (on lifts).
Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to get to various job sites around the Las Vegas area and a track record of excellent attendance.
Background: Must be able to pass a standard pre-employment drug screening and background check.
