Part-Time Bicycle Mechanic / Service Technician

Overview:

We're growing, and we're looking for another talented Bicycle Service Technician to join our service team.

This is a hands-on role involving bicycle, e-bike, and scooter repairs, builds, maintenance, service intake, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work and a smooth, professional service experience.

Previous bicycle mechanic experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in bicycles and e-bikes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform bicycle, e-bike, and scooter repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, safety inspections, and assembly
• Assist with service intake, estimates, work orders, and customer updates
• Complete repairs safely, professionally, and within expected timelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service workspace
• Collaborate with the retail team and provide positive, professional customer service

Qualifications:

• Bicycle or e-bike repair experience is preferred but not required
• Mechanically inclined with an interest in bicycles and e-bikes
• Willingness to learn bicycle assembly, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair
• Dependable, organized, and committed to safe, high-quality work
• Friendly and professional when communicating with customers
• Has a positive attitude and thrives in a fast-paced growing business environment
• Able to lift and move bicycles and e-bikes
• Weekend availability is preferred
