part time building church building manager

The Greater Nashville Church is currently accepting applications for a Part-Time Building Manager to help oversee the care and maintenance of our church facility.

This is a paid 1099 independent contractor position with no benefits, requiring an estimated 10–15 hours per month.

Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and small repairs, overseeing the upkeep of the building and grounds, and serving as the primary contact for vendors. This includes obtaining quotes, meeting vendors onsite during weekdays as needed, and coordinating vendor payments with the church office.
