Part-Time Experienced Handyman / Property Maintenance

Looking for an experienced, well-rounded handyman to help maintain several properties in the San Antonio area. I need someone capable of handling repairs and maintenance independently, but who is also willing to help with general property work when needed.

Some jobs require handyman/construction experience, while others may be more general labor. Must be reliable, communicate well, and have your own basic tools and transportation. Must be willing to undergo a background check. References preferred

Work is as needed, not a set weekly schedule. Could be a good fit for someone self-employed, semi-retired, or looking for additional flexible work.

Pay: approximately $25–$35/hour depending on the type of work and experience.

Please reply with your experience, what types of work you're comfortable doing, your general availability, and your expected hourly rate.
