We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and hands-on Part-Time Handyman to join our team at a busy Restaurant / Family Entertainment Center. This position is responsible for maintaining the facility, completing repairs, and helping ensure that the building, equipment, and guest areas remain safe, clean, functional, and well-maintained.

Early morning availability is required, as many maintenance tasks need to be completed before the facility opens to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep throughout the facility
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and mechanical issues
• Repair and maintain doors, fixtures, furniture, walls, ceilings, and other building components
• Perform preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become larger problems
• Assist with maintenance and upkeep of restaurant and entertainment areas
• Complete maintenance projects during early morning hours before opening
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility issues
• Work with outside contractors and service providers when specialized repairs are required
• Maintain appropriate tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Complete additional maintenance projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman work, facilities maintenance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
• Ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate solutions
• Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance needs
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• **Must be available to work early morning shifts**
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to safely lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance tasks
• Previous experience in a restaurant, entertainment venue, retail, hotel, or commercial facility is a plus
