Part-Time Facility Maintenance Technician Painting • Tile • Metal Framing

Looking for a dependable, motivated individual to assist with commercial facility maintenance projects. Most work is performed off hours in commercial setting while businesses are closed.

Work Includes

• Tile repair and installation
• Drywall repair and finishing
• Metal framing
• Carpentry
• Door and window repairs
• Ceiling tile replacement
• Demolition
• Painting
• General facility maintenance
• Equipment moving and jobsite cleanup

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of construction or maintenance experience
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements
• Experience using common hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation suitable for overnight travel between job sites
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have non-slip work shoes
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on ladders
• Dependable, punctual, and able to arrive on time for scheduled jobs
• Willing to work overnight and travel throughout South Florida

Pay
$20.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability. Opportunities for wage increases based on performance, reliability, and skill.

Schedule

• Part-time, as needed
• Primarily early morning, evening and overnight, shifts
