Part Time Flooring - Mr. Sandless Hardwood Floor Refinishing

We are looking for Part Time Hardwood Flooring Contractors to help Mr. Sandless Hardwood Floor Refinishing! Our process does not require any flooring experience as we do not sand floors and we will provide training on how to implement our refinishing methods. We pay $200-$250 per day depending on prior work experience and can give 2-3 jobs per week, sometimes 4-5. The day is usually only 6 hours and we would pay the full day. Must be reliable, punctual and willing to learn. Pay will increase with excellent performance.

Interaction with the customer is required. Need a reliable, hardworking employee to be my right hand man and grow this franchise in the Bergen County area. You would work in a team environment and work mainly in residential homes.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
No experience required
Must Speak English
Punctual, team-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable with physical work (walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)
Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
A clean background is required

Responsibilities

Perform hardwood floor refinishing, buffing, detailing and sealing to restore floors to their original beauty using specialized equipment and techniques.
Assess flooring conditions on-site, identify necessary repairs or restoration steps, and communicate effectively with clients about project scope and progress.
Load and unload truck. Keep tools and work area clean.
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Learn a trade and take pride in your work. All jobs are finished the same day so customers see immediate results, which can be very rewarding.
