Part-Time Florist Wanted – Experienced Floral Designer

House of Stemms is looking for a talented and reliable Part-Time Florist to join our team! If you're passionate about flowers, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating beautiful floral designs, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a retail flower shop.
• Strong floral design skills, including everyday arrangements, sympathy, weddings, events, and special occasion work.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design fresh floral arrangements for all occasions and events.
• Process and care for fresh flowers to ensure the highest quality.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone with placing orders and answering questions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and help maintain a clean, organized shop.
• Work collaboratively with the team to prepare orders and keep daily operations running smoothly.
