Bakery Maintenance and Repairman

Seeking Skilled Handymen

• must be in good physical health
• must be able to work unsupervised on assigned projects
• must be able to operate most power tools
• must be able to lift 50-60 pounds on a consistent basis
• must be able to provide valid character and job references

Minimum requirement:

A - must have at least 5 years experience doing general carpentry and maintenance work
B

• must have basic skills in:
• floor cover installation and cleaning
• painting and wall papering
• carpentry and wood structure framing
• plumbing and faucet repair
• electrical and light fixture repair
• cabinet and counter assembly
• window and door installation

C

• should have basic skills in:
• demolition and thrash removal
• concrete work
• security system experience
• heating, ventilation, and air conditioning experience

D - should have expertise in at least five (5) of above basic skills

COMPENSATION:

A - Hourly-Rate Plan
$22 per hour
