Part-Time Furniture Repair Specialist - $35-$38/hr -Flexible Schedule

Bowery & Bash is a luxury furniture rental company based in Chicago. We rent high-end furniture and decor to some of the city's top events, and we need someone who can keep our inventory in excellent shape.

The work: Mostly wood repair, structural fixes, rebuilds, refinishing, finish matching, and touchups on tables, chairs, and lounge pieces. Some light upholstery (re-covering, foam swaps) but that's secondary. Bonus points if you know your way around a spray booth. You'll work out of our warehouse at 1500 S. Western Ave.

The setup: 20 hours per week, flexible days and times. We're not rigid about schedule. Steady, ongoing work. This is not a one-time gig.

The pay: $35-$38/hr depending on your experience. We're paying above market because we want someone good and want them to stick around.

Who we're looking for: Someone with real experience - former furniture repair tech, restoration specialist, semi-retired craftsperson, or independent operator who wants reliable part-time income. You work clean, you take pride in your results, and you don't need someone looking over your shoulder.
