Great Falls Exxon is looking for someone who's genuinely interested in auto mechanics and wants to start building real hands-on skills. This is an entry-level position — perfect if you're curious about how cars work, like working with your hands, and want a foot in the door in the automotive industry. Experience is a plus, but not required. You don't need years on the job — you need to show up on time, work hard, and want to learn. Come from a Jiffy Lube or quick-lube background? Great. Fresh out of a high school auto program? Even better. Attitude and reliability matter more to us than what's already on your resume — we'll teach you the rest.

You'll earn a guaranteed clock rate PLUS flat-rate pay on production, so as you build speed and skill, your pay grows with you. Plus, you'll get a $500 welcome bonus ($250 at 90 days, $250 at your 6-month anniversary).

What you'll do (we'll train you):

Mount and balance tires using our Hunter TC37 and GSP9700 Road Force Balancer
Repair tires
Perform oil changes and lube service on all makes and models
Perform alignments on our CEMB alignment machine
Deliver quality work, done right and on time, every time
Keep your work area clean and maintain a professional appearance
Take on additional projects as assigned by the service manager

What we're looking for:

A genuine interest in auto mechanics and wanting to learn the trade
Punctuality — someone we can count on to show up, every shift, on time
A great attitude and coachable mindset
Experience is a plus, but not required
Must have reliable transportation
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
A valid driver's license, maintained in good standing

Schedule (~26 hours/week):

Saturdays: 8am–2pm

Plus 2 weekdays (flexible, to be discussed)

Pay:

$12–20/hour clock rate, depending on experience
PLUS flat-rate pay for production — earn more as you produce more
$500 sign-on bonus ($250 at 90 days / $250 at 6 months)
