Part-Time Handyman / Maintenance Technician – Single Family Rental Homes

We are a growing property management company looking for a reliable, skilled part-time Handyman to handle maintenance and repairs for our single-family rental homes.
If you have an entrepreneurial mindset — you’re self-motivated, resourceful, and take pride in your work — this flexible role is a great fit.
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 15–25 hours/week). Occasional evenings or weekends for urgent repairs.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + company-provided cell phone.
Responsibilities:
- Complete tenant work orders (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliances, etc.)
- Handle property turnovers and preventative maintenance
- Communicate professionally with tenants and property managers
- Keep accurate records of work and parts used
- Flexible part-time schedule
- Company cell phone
- Opportunity to grow with the company - work van for right candidate
- 2+ years hands-on experience in residential repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, reliable, and problem-solving
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools
- Good customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
