Part-Time Handyman / Maintenance Technician – Single Family Rental Homes

We are a growing property management company looking for a reliable, skilled part-time Handyman to handle maintenance and repairs for our single-family rental homes.
If you have an entrepreneurial mindset — you’re self-motivated, resourceful, and take pride in your work — this flexible role is a great fit.
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 15–25 hours/week). Occasional evenings or weekends for urgent repairs.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + company-provided cell phone.
Responsibilities:

• Complete tenant work orders (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliances, etc.)
• Handle property turnovers and preventative maintenance
• Communicate professionally with tenants and property managers
• Keep accurate records of work and parts used

Requirements:

• 2+ years hands-on experience in residential repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own basic hand tools
• Good customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
