Part Time Handyman Needed

We are seeking a reliable, experienced part-time handyman for ongoing maintenance and repair work in Oak Park and River Forest.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

General home/building repairs

Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Light carpentry and fixture installation
Grab bar install
Toilet repair/install
Faucet repair/install
Gutter cleaning a plus

Requirements:

Handyman or contractor experience

Own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and problem-solve
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Flexible availability (part-time, set own schedule)

Compensation: $40.00/hr
