We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician for our 240-unit apartment community

• Complete maintenance work orders
• Perform apartment turns (make-readies)

• Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable transportation and positive attitude
