Part Time Maintenance @ Maximum Mini Storage to be responsible for light maintenance at 4 of our facilities.

Tax Free Pay: You will receive a 2 bedroom – 1 bath apartment with all utilities in return for working 16 hours a week plus 3 on-call hours per week. It you work more that 19 hours in a week, you will be paid $15.00 for the extra hours.

MUSTS:
-- Create your schedule (same schedule ever week with a minimum 4 hours in any given day)

Job description: Help keep our self-storage facilities clean and well maintained. Duties include property and unit inspections, minor repairs, preparing vacant units for rental, grounds cleanup, replacing lights, maintaining doors, locks and latches, painting, pressure washing, basic handyman work, and completing maintenance work orders. Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors and using basic hand and power tools.
