Part-time Mechanic; Will train any skill level.

We are looking for part time or full time mechanic primarily in afternoons starting around 1pm weekdays (we already have an early AM mechanic) and/or weekends. We have two lifts and most all tools are supplied at our maintenance shop. This is an hourly position starting at $20-30/hour DOE with sick leave benefits. We have the opportunity to allow flexible hours/days.
Alaska Family Motorhomes (aka Alaska Family Motors) has been in business for over twenty years. Repairing, renting, refurbishng, building and selling motorhomes, vans, subaru's and more. We are currently expanding and looking for individuals who want to invest their skills into this expanding business and be part of the team. We are looking to expand to the point of selling within 5 years at which time there would be a selling bonus to individuals who are with us at that time. Options to buy into the business could also be worked out.
We work on some customer vehicles, motorhomes, trucks, subarus, rams, conversion vans and other vehicles. There are two experienced Mechanics with extensive diagnostic skills that will share knowledge to assist in proper diagnostics.
We also do occasional van conversions along with sales and rebuilds. Lots of variety. Nice warm shop in winter. Looking for a team player with a good attitude, willing to learn, share knowledge and pitch in as needed.
