Part-Time / On-Call Apartment Maintenance

Local apartment management company looking for an experienced maintenance person to help on an as-needed/part-time basis across our Robbinsdale and New Hope properties.
Work may include apartment repairs, plumbing, appliances, turnovers, doors/locks, basic electrical, drains and general building maintenance.
We're looking for someone reliable who can work independently and may be available for additional hours when needed.
Pay: $28-35/hour depending on experience.
Must have reliable transportation, basic tools, and multifamily/property-maintenance experience preferred.
