Part-Time Painter

I’m just getting started building my painting business and I’m looking for a reliable part-time painter or helper to join me. Right now it’s just me, so this is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor.
This is strictly a part-time position for the time being — no full-time hours available at the moment. As the business grows, there may be opportunities for more hours or additional responsibilities for the right person.

Looking for someone who can take direction

And has a Can do attitude

Must be able to keep a clean appearance and attitude

Willing to train the right person with the right attitude

What You’ll Do

• Prep surfaces (sanding, patching, masking, etc.)
• Apply interior and/or exterior paint
• Keep a clean and organized worksite
• Communicate clearly and show up on time
• Work alongside me on residential, commercial, interior & light exterior work

What I’m Looking For

• Some painting experience preferred (professional or solid DIY background)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to work flexible part-time hours (mostly daytime/weekdays, some evenings or weekends as needed)
• Good attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

• Physically able to handle the demands of painting work (standing, climbing ladders, lifting, etc.)
• speak fluent English

Schedule & Hours Part-time only hours . Hours will vary based on jobs — typically a few days a week. Nothing full-time right now, but as things pick up there could be room to grow with me.
