Part-time Print Production & Installation Assitance

We are a growing San Diego-based large-format printing company looking for a motivated, dependable person who is eager to learn and grow with our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, detailed oriented and wants to build experience in the printing, signage, and installation industry.

No previous print production experience is required; we are willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Learn to operate large-format digital printers
• Assist with print production and finishing
• Learn how to cut, trim, and prepare printed materials
• Help with local deliveries and pickups
• Learn how to install vinyl graphics, wraps, and signage
• Assist with installation projects at customer locations
• Keep the production area organized and clean
• Work as part of a small, hands-on team

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and punctual - we start at 7am
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with your hands and learning equipment
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing quality work
• Able to lift and move materials as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Someone interested in developing their skills and potentially growing into a larger role with the company

Experience in printing, signage, vinyl installation, construction, fabrication, graphics, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Growth

This position will begin part-time at $18/hour. We believe in rewarding people who learn, contribute, and become valuable members of our team. As your skills and responsibilities grow and if it’s a good fit for both you and the company; there will be opportunities for pay increases and additional hours/responsibilities.
