**Location:** Hollywood, Los Angeles
**Schedule:** Part-time / flexible, with potential for more hours as production grows
**Compensation:** [22/hr]

Mr. Bow, a Los Angeles-based design and furniture brand, is looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Assistant to help manufacture our foldable tables.

**No CNC experience is required. Training will be provided.**

The production process is straightforward and repeatable. I will personally train you on our CNC machine and the complete manufacturing process.

### Responsibilities

• Operate a CNC machine using prepared files and an established process
• Load and secure material for cutting
• Run CNC cuts
• Remove finished pieces from the sheet
• Sand and clean components
• Perform light finishing when needed
• Assemble tables using a simple, repeatable assembly process
• Inspect finished pieces for quality and consistency
• Keep tools and the production workspace clean and organized

### What I'm Looking For

You do not need professional woodworking or CNC experience. More important is that you are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working with your hands
• Detail-oriented
• Able to follow instructions and repeat a process consistently
• Comfortable learning to operate machinery
• Able to work independently after training
• Respectful of tools, equipment, materials, and the workspace

Experience with woodworking, CNC machines, fabrication, sanding, furniture assembly, construction, or other hands-on work is a plus, but not required.

This is a good fit for someone who enjoys making physical products and wants to learn CNC and small-scale furniture production.
