Part Time Property Maintenace

Need a part time person to provide routine maintenance for a group of commercial buildings. Responsibilities include cleaning up around dumpsters, checking around building exteriors for damage or debris. Resolving tenant issues with minor plumbing, electrical or HVAC issues. Referring bigger issues to property manager.
This is a one day per week job, preferably on Monday.
This is a 1099 position. This is not an employee relationship. No tax withholding, no benefits. You work as an independent contractor.
Ideal for a semi retired person who wants to stay active. Must have own transportation, tools and be able to climb a ladder.
