Part time property maintenance

Looking for a part time property maintenance person for a few day a week. Must be good with general maintenance (light electrical/plumbing, drywall, painting, etc), have your own tools and reliable transport. You will work on your own schedule and be your own boss so it’s a 1099 position. Most of the work is in New Richmond/Bethel area but occasion work in Norwood. Pay weekly. Email your experience/resume. I’ve tried to fill this position multiple times by people who don’t show and don’t know what they are doing. If you can prove to me you are reliable, know your stuff and are trustworthy I’m willing to pay more in the future. Thanks
