We are PropertyCraft Management, a growing property management company based in Braintree, MA. We serve residential and commercial properties from Boston to Weymouth to Dedham (the 128-South corridor). Working with us means your contribution will be appreciated. We take pride in managing our client's properties.

Jobs vary in size like: a door/window repair, toilet replacement, flooring install, hallway cleaning, or an inspection. We will reach out to you with opportunities as they arise. At this time, we cannot guarantee a certain number of hours per week, but 10-20 is typical. Ideally, we grow together as long-term partners.

It is import that you be:
1. Respectful
2. Responsive
3. Follow-through on your word

No formal resume required. Tell us what you know, what your best skills are (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, etc.), and what your availability is. Include your desired hourly rate. This is NOT a summer position or construction position. Reliable vehicle required. No guaranteed hours. Background check required. Must be able to lift 25 pounds and climb a ladder up to 10 feet. This is a 1099 position.
