Part-time Punchout Technician

Must have excellent drywall repair and finish skills. General knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and repair other aspects of new housing including but not limited to Cabinets, Doors, Trim, Drywall, Paint, Caulk. This position is great for retirees wanting limited part-time work. 1099 position. Various new home construction sites in the Greater Cincinnati area.
