Part-Time Screen Printing Color Separations & Customer Service

Immediate opening — flexible part-time schedule

We're a screen printing shop looking to hire someone right away to join our small team. This is a hands-on, wear-many-hats role — you'll spend most of your time on color separations, but you'll also help with customer-facing work and general shop support as needed.

What you'll be doing:

• Create color separations for screen printing (this is the core part of the job)
• Build and size mock-up graphics for client approval
• Work in Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) daily
• Coordinate with clients on mock-ups — walking them through revisions and getting sign-off before jobs go to print
• Talk with customers by phone and in-shop — answering questions and help keep things running smoothly
• Pitch in on miscellaneous shop tasks as they come up — we're a small team and everyone helps where needed

What we're looking for:

• Solid color separation skills for screen printing (required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop (required)
• Comfortable creating and sizing mock-up graphics (required)
• Strong communication skills — friendly, clear, and organized when dealing with clients
• Flexible, team-player attitude — willing to jump in wherever needed
• Reliable and able to start immediately
