part time technician wanted in Hilo Flexible scheduling

Hello we are looking for a technician who has handyman experience in construction or maintenance industry.
WORK ACCORDING TO YOUR OWN SCHEDULE . NO strings attached . You can accept or decline work orders as they are offered to you.
Must be good at communicating and proficient in sending emails , attaching photos to emails and must have a decent smartphone and be able to communicate clearly on the phone and in writing .
We do commercial service work for multinational stores. So when there is an issue in a store they send us the work order and we offer it to the texhnician . He can accept or decline it and if he accepts it he must give us an eta so it can be scheduled .

There are some monthly contracts . Two are for easy window cleanings in Hilo . They only take an hour or two each so we will play flat rate so it's worthwhile , the other monthly contract is for maintenance at a bank 3 hours per month. Call if you have questions .
