We are seeking a reliable, experienced Handyman/Carpenter to help maintain several apartment buildings in the Lewiston/Auburn area.
This position is ideal for someone who is semi-retired or looking to supplement their income while staying active. Hours are flexible and can range from part-time to full-time depending on your availability and skill set.
Responsibilities include:
● General apartment maintenance and repairs
● Carpentry, trim work, doors, and drywall repairs
● Basic plumbing and electrical repairs (as experience allows)
● Painting and unit turnovers
● Troubleshooting maintenance issues
● Occasional exterior maintenance
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has experience in general maintenance, carpentry, or residential repairs
● Is dependable, honest, and takes pride in quality work
● Has their own basic tools and reliable transportation
● Can occasionally respond to after-hours or weekend maintenance calls when needed
