Patio Covers and More is looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated person to join our crew and help build and install high-quality patio covers throughout the Bay Area.
We’re looking for someone who has general construction experience and knows their way around a jobsite. Experience with foundations, concrete/footings, framing, roofing, roof modifications, waterproofing, or exterior construction is especially valuable. Patio cover experience is a plus, but not required if you’re experienced, mechanically inclined, and a quick learner.
The right person is someone who works quickly without sacrificing quality, pays close attention to details, communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and takes pride in leaving a clean, professional finished project.
What we’re looking for:
- General construction/building experience
- Foundation, footing, and/or concrete experience
- Comfortable with roof modifications and exterior construction
- Ability to read measurements and work accurately
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation — truck required
- Must have your own basic construction tools
- Trailer is a big plus
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders/roofs
- Able to lift and handle construction materials
- Dependable, professional, and respectful around customers and their homes
Compensation: Based on experience and skill level
Schedule: Project-based / ongoing work available
