What You Will Do:
Lead a 2-man crew (yourself and a laborer) to complete residential and commercial paver cleaning, sanding, and sealing jobs.
Drive the company truck/trailer to job sites, manage inventory, and maintain equipment.
Act as the professional face of the company on-site, communicating directly with homeowners to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Train, motivate, and manage your laborer to maintain high efficiency and safety.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 3-6+ months of hands-on experience in paver sealing, hardscape installation, commercial pressure washing, or decorative concrete.
Proven leadership experience running a crew, managing job timelines, and interacting with customers.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required to drive company truck).
Strong eye for detail: You are someone who catches uneven sand lines or patchy sealer before the customer does.
Problem solver: You know how to troubleshoot equipment issues or weather delays on the fly.
Strong problem solving skills with experience working in a team
Excellent managerial communication skills for supervising crews and coordinating with clients.
US Citizen or must have a valid work visa
Must speak English. Spanish is a plus
Reliable transportation / truck is a plus
