Paving Operator

RCX, Inc. is seeking a fulltime Paving Operator. Great pay and benefits.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Paver operator is responsible for safe operation of an asphalt paving machine to spread
and level hot mix asphalt material on parking lots, driveways, and streets.

• Operate CAT 1055 and Weiler 385 paver.
• Comply with Company and Manufacturer operating safety rules and regulations.
• Perform daily safety checks of equipment.
• Communicate with dispatch daily to confirm next day's assignment.

SKILLS & TRAITS

• Maintain ethical standards of the highest level.
• Professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
• Working knowledge in handling heavy equipment such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Ingersoll Rand, and Komatsu machines.
• Physical fitness required to handle heavy equipment controls.
• 1 to 3+ years in commercial construction.
