Permanent Holiday Light Installers Needed ASAP – $20–$25/hr DOE

Immediate Openings | 2 Month Assignment | Potential Direct Hire with longer term for the right candidates.

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to install permanent holiday lighting systems on residential homes.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on outdoor position requiring frequent ladder climbing, working at residential roofline and gutter heights, and using hand and power tools to securely install lighting systems.

Job Requirements:

Applicants must be able to speak, understand, and communicate effectively in English to follow instructions, communicate with supervisors and coworkers, and maintain job-site safety. Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are welcome.

All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Our company participates in E-Verify and verifies employment eligibility for all new hires. Applicants must be able to provide acceptable documentation establishing their identity and authorization to work in the U.S.

Must be comfortable working high up on ladders at residential roofline and gutter heights.

Must be physically capable of repeated ladder climbing, bending, reaching, and performing demanding outdoor work throughout the day.

Must have basic hand and power tools and know how to use them.

Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently.

Previous experience in roofing, gutter installation, exterior home improvements, siding, construction, or similar trades is strongly preferred.

Must be available to start immediately.

Must have reliable transportation

Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Details:

This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 2 months, depending on project needs. High-performing individuals may be considered for direct-hire opportunities with the company based on performance and business needs. Continued employment is not guaranteed.
