🎨 Permanent Painting Positions: Preppers & Sprayers (Noblesville)

Our exterior painting season is here and we are getting busy! As a result, Spray-Net North Indy is expanding our permanent team. We aren’t just looking for seasonal help—we want dedicated individuals who fit our culture and want a long-term career.

We are focused on Exterior Painting right now, delivering factory-quality finishes to siding, brick, and trim. When the weather turns in the winter, our permanent team transitions indoors for our specialized cabinet projects. We also work these in as we can around bad weather.

🛠️ Open Positions
1. Prep & Masking Specialist ($18 - $23/hr)
Experience: No experience required. We will train the right person.

The Role: You are the foundation of the project. You’ll be responsible for meticulous masking of kitchens, protecting floors/appliances, and surface prep.

Who you are: You have a high attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn a trade.

2. Sprayer ($20 - $25/hr)
Experience: Previous Airless Spraying experience highly preferred.

The Role: Responsible for the final, flawless finish on exterior siding, brick, and trim. You must understand consistent coating application and daily sprayer maintenance.

Who you are: You are a pro with a spray gun who understands the nuances of different surfaces and coatings.

Requirements:
1) Total alignment with our 5 Core Values (Team, Integrity, Excellence, Resourceful, Service).
2) Comfortable working outdoors in summer weather and working on ladders/scaffolding at heights.
3) Reliable transportation to Noblesville and various local job sites.
4) Punctual, hardworking, and able to lift 50 lbs.
