Starting compensation is $25+/hr based on experience + commission and a company vehicle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Licensed Branch II Field Representative, you'll work directly with customers to provide professional pest control services while developing your knowledge and skills in the field.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide high-quality pest control services to residential and commercial customers
Inspect properties and identify pest-related issues
Apply appropriate pest control treatments and solutions
Learn to assess customer needs and recommend effective solutions
Build positive, professional relationships with customers
Communicate service findings and recommendations clearly
Accurately document services performed
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in the field
Manage your daily schedule and route efficiently
Represent the company professionally at all times
Learn and grow your pest control knowledge through hands-on experience and ongoing training

The ideal candidate is:
An active Branch II Field Representative license holder - Don't have your Branch II license yet? We're willing to train the right candidate.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable, dependable, and accountable

A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
Organized with good time-management skills
Willing to learn and develop new skills
Interested in growing within the pest control industry
Comfortable receiving coaching, training, and feedback
