WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Licensed Branch II Field Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to help customers protect their homes and businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:
Service residential and commercial pest control accounts
Inspect properties and accurately identify pest issues
Recommend effective solutions based on each customer's needs
Educate customers and provide professional recommendations
Build strong, long-term customer relationships
Identify legitimate sales opportunities and confidently present solutions
Maintain professional communication and follow-through
Manage your daily schedule and route efficiently
Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and integrity

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A licensed Branch II professional, or an experienced pest control technician with relevant industry experience
Experienced in residential and/or commercial pest control
Proven in sales, customer retention, or account growth
Comfortable identifying customer needs and recommending solutions

Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
An excellent communicator with strong people skills
Organized with strong time-management skills
