What You'll Do
Pest & Termite Services
Perform scheduled pest control and termite treatments
Inspect and treat for ants, spiders, rodents, cockroaches, wasps, fleas, termites, and other common pests
Apply products safely and in compliance with state regulations
Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and tools
Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
Customer Service
Provide exceptional customer service at every visit
Explain findings, treatments, and recommendations clearly
Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
Arrive on time and maintain a positive attitude
Inspections & Documentation
Conduct preventative rodent inspections
Identify conditions conducive to pest activity
Inspect attics and crawlspaces for rodent activity, moisture issues, insulation damage, and other concerns
Document services, inspections, photos, and treatment details using company software
Complete accurate service reports and maintain compliance records
Additional Opportunities

Rodent exclusion services
Termite inspections
WDO inspections
Attic and crawlspace services
Vapor barrier and moisture control solutions
Insulation replacement projects
Additional compensation opportunities may be available through approved referral and sales programs
Qualifications
Current California Branch 2 Field Representative License
Current California Branch 3 Field Representative License
Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and confined spaces
Ability to lift equipment and materials as needed
Basic smartphone and technology proficiency
