Pest Control Technician for Immediate Hire

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Job description:

Professional Pest Management is seeking a highly motivated Pest Control Service Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing pest control services to residential and commercial properties, such as insect and rodent removal, termite control, and other pest management services.

Looking for individuals with a Branch 2 Applicators or Branch 2 field reps license to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Perform pest control services on a scheduled basis

Identify and diagnose pest problems
Determine appropriate treatment measures and products to be used
Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and best practices
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Communicate with customers and office staff in a courteous and professional manner
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Requirements:

Branch 2 applicators or field reps license

Valid driver's license with no accidents
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Previous pest control experience required
Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay between $20 and $24 per hour depending on experience
