Pesticide Applicator / Weed Maintenance

We are hiring a Pesticide Applicator / Landscape Technician to service a portfolio of commercial, HOA, and multi-family communities. This role combines professional chemical applications and weekly weeding maintenance visits. You’ll be responsible for properties that depend on consistent, high-quality care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers in compliance with all regulations

-Perform weekly maintenance weeding visits on assigned commercial, HOA, and multi-family properties

-Walk properties, identify issues, and communicate needs to management

-Maintain equipment, truck, and work areas in professional condition

What We’re Looking For:

-ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS CRITICIAL IN THIS POSITION!

-Valid pesticide applicator license - A/E (or ability to obtain quickly)

-Experience with turf, ornamentals and weed indentification.

-Comfortable with hands-on weeding, bed maintenance, and detail work

-Reliable, organized, and able to manage a weekly route independently

-Strong work ethic and pride in high-quality results

-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
