Description

We are seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead underground utility crews on civil construction projects. This role involves planning, coordinating and supervising daily pipe installation activities while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.

Job Duties Include:

  • Supervise and lead pipe crews installing storm, sanitary, and water utilities
  • Plan daily work activities to meet production goals and project schedules
  • Read, interpret, and build according to construction plans and specifications
  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and equipment operators
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
  • Maintain proper trench safety, shoring, and excavation practices
  • Inspect work for quality and accuracy, making corrections as needed
  • Complete daily reports and communicate progress, issues, and needs

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of underground utility or pipe installation experience, including foreman or lead experience
  • Strong knowledge of pipe installation methods, grades, and elevations
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews
  • Commitment to safe work practices and jobsite safety
