I am a property manager.

I manage seven buildings with 158 units, located in Seattle, Mercer Island, and Bellevue.
We would like to add a second full time maintenance person to keep our properties in presentable condition, and to prevent bigger problems down the road.
This is a full time position, with no benefits, at $25/hour to $30/hour depending on experience and skills..
The ideal candidate would have minimum of 5 years of experience, with a reliable vehicles, speaks and write English, and has the necessary tools to perform the following work:
1) Drywall repair, texture.
2) Painting
3) Install/replace light fixtures. or ceiling fans.
4) Appliance repairs.
5) Landscaping.
6) Cleaning.
7) Replace laminated wood, vinyl plank floors, and carpet.
8) Install appliances and hot water tanks.
9) Not often, but we do replace bathtubs and tub surrounds occasionally.
10) Deck coatings.
11) Keeps the storage room and supplies in tidy condition.
