What You'll Do

This full-time facility maintenance role is based at a large-scale corporate campus in Savannah, GA. Plumbing is your primary trade — roughly 50% of your time — focused on reactive/service maintenance rather than construction or rough-in work. Think locker room facilities, multi-stall restrooms, shower systems, and toilet replacements. The other half is preventive maintenance and general facility upkeep. When plumbing work is light, you may assist with light electrical, painting, and mechanical tasks.

  • Perform reactive plumbing maintenance — unclogging drains, replacing toilets, fixing leaks, repairing faucets, fixtures, showers, and water fountains
  • Service and maintain locker room facilities, multi-stall restroom systems, and shower systems
  • Install and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures
  • Respond to and resolve plumbing emergencies across the campus
  • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
  • Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
  • Assist with light electrical, painting, and mechanical tasks when plumbing work is light
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of mechanical areas
  • Operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and ladders safely as needed

    What We're Looking For

No plumbing license required — and this isn't a construction or rough-in role. We're looking for someone comfortable with reactive, service-based plumbing: replacing toilets, clearing clogs, fixing leaks, servicing restroom and shower systems. If you've done apartment maintenance, facility upkeep, or similar hands-on plumbing work, you're likely a strong fit.

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on plumbing or facility maintenance experience — reactive/service plumbing, apartment maintenance, campus/institutional facilities, multi-family, hospitality, or similar — OR completion of a plumbing trade school, vocational training, apprenticeship program, or related technical education with co-op/internship experience
  • Comfortable with service plumbing: toilet replacement, drain clearing, fixture repair, shower and restroom system maintenance — locker room and multi-stall experience a plus
  • Valid driver's license required — client badge screening verifies license validity
  • Must be comfortable working with multiple trades and pitching in where needed
  • Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and operating various lifts
  • Ability to read and work from diagrams, blueprints, and repair manuals
  • High school diploma or GED

    We'll also consider:

  • Military SkillBridge candidates with strong plumbing knowledge
  • Trade school, vocational, or apprenticeship program graduates with co-op/internship experience — even without 1 full year in the field, if technically strong

Note: This role requires passing two background checks — one with our facilities management client and one with the end client (each going back 7 years). The end client badge check includes driver's license validity.

    Benefits & Perks

  • Paid weekly
  • 2 weeks paid vacation (pro-rated, accrued from start — resets in January)
  • 2 weeks / 80 hours of sick pay beginning day one (resets in January)<
