Plumber - Apprentice or Journeyman

We are expanding our plumbing division and looking to hire 2–3 dependable, skilled Plumbers — Journeymen or Apprentices — who can handle residential and light‑commercial service work. Candidates must be able to diagnose issues, complete repairs efficiently, communicate clearly with customers and office staff, and represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing service calls, repairs, and installations
• Diagnose issues with drains, water lines, sewer systems, fixtures, and appliances
• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
• Provide before and after photos for every job
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, office staff, and customers
• Follow company workflow and document all work performed
• Ensure all work meets code and company standards
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Provide excellent customer service on every job

Requirements

• Journeyman License preferred (Apprentices encouraged to apply)
• Experience with residential and/or commercial plumbing
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
• Must be punctual, dependable, and detail‑oriented
• Professional appearance and customer‑friendly attitude
