Plumber Wanted (1099)
Location: Des Moines / Clive, IA
Rate: $65 first hr, $35/hr after
VK Capital Property is hiring an independent contractor Plumber in the Des Moines and Clive, Iowa area. We have steady work and want a reliable person to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
- Fixtures, water heaters, piping, and drain work
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems on service calls
- Communicate clearly with management and keep job sites clean
- Experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
- Licensed journeyman/master preferred; apprentices considered
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Own tools (you provide your own)
- Reliable, on time, and professional
- $65 for the first hour (covers travel and setup)
- $35 per hour after the first hour
- Billed in quarter-hour increments
- Independent contractor position (1099)

- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
