Plumbing Technician - Full Time with Amazing Benefits & Overtime!

One of our TOP clients is looking to hire a Plumbing Technician with a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial plumbing systems. This person will be part of a small team that services a massive commercial building that hosts lots of major events with thousands of guests / spectators. Please read on for more information!

Responsibilities:

Maintain, install, and repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing codes
Interpret and apply mechanical and structural blueprints to plan plumbing repairs and modifications
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each job
Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
Respond to emergency calls as needed
Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment

Experience:

5+ years of professional plumbing experience (Commercial preferred)
Knowledge of electrical and HVACR systems
Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, standing, and working in confined spaces
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Perks:

Competitive Hourly Rate + Overtime ($34.00/hr)
