Plumber Helper / Apprentice – Full-Time

Location: Petaluma, CA
Service Area: Sonoma, Marin & Napa Counties

We're a small, family-owned plumbing company looking for a reliable, motivated Plumber Helper who wants to build a long-term career in the plumbing trade. If you have basic tool knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic, we'll train the right person to become a skilled plumber.

Responsibilities

Assist plumbers with residential service and repair work

Safely use hand and power tools

Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment

Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Provide courteous, respectful customer service

Learn plumbing skills through hands-on training

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Professional, clean-cut appearance

Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team

Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must be 21 years of age or older

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds

Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Able to climb ladders, kneel, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workday

Employment Requirements

Full-time position

Monday–Friday

7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Background check and DMV driving record review required

Pay

Starting wages are based on experience.
