We are looking for a real plumber who knows how to troubleshoot problems, open walls cleanly, sweat copper, work with PEX, reroute lines, and handle rough plumbing repairs inside occupied apartment buildings.

This is steady, in-house work.

Not random side jobs.
Not chasing leads.
Not contractor hustle.

Just solid plumbing work with a stable company that keeps work flowing year-round.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Copper sweat repairs
• PEX repairs and reroutes
• Drain repairs
• Valve replacements
• Leak troubleshooting inside walls
• Opening walls cleanly for plumbing access
• Working alongside drywall/paint teams after repairs
• Apartment maintenance plumbing and occupied-unit repairs

We value plumbers who work clean and think ahead.

Requirements

• Your own truck or vehicle that can carry materials/tools
• Valid driver’s license and current insurance
• Legal to work in the U.S.
• Pass background and drug screening
• Comfortable using AppFolio for work orders and payroll
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Schedule

Full-time. Steady 40+ hours.

On-call rotation required.
Daily stipend + overtime pay regardless of weekly hours.
