What You’ll Be Doing

Advanced diagnostics (not just replacing parts)

Leak detection, system troubleshooting
Gas work, boiler work, water heaters
Waste & vent system corrections
High-level service calls with real problem solving
What We Expect

5+ years REAL field experience
Strong diagnostic ability
Ability to run a truck independently
Clean, professional communication
Show up ready to work — no babysitting
Major Plus If You Have

Gas work experience

Boiler / hydronic knowledge
Experience correcting other plumbers’ mistakes
Ability to sell work confidently (big money jobs)
